Vaccination Schedule: Children
Updated 20 October 2022 and Deviating from Official Recommendations.
The following is the schedule recommended by Ásjárstjórn (AS) for regular children in a Nordic environment:
Month 3:
Tetanus and poliomyelitis vaccine
May only be available as DTaP-IPV (acellular) vaccine [Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and poliomyelitis]
Month 5:
Tetanus and poliomyelitis vaccine
May only be available as DTaP-IPV (acellular) vaccine [Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and poliomyelitis]
Month 12:
Tetanus and poliomyelitis vaccine
May only be available as DTaP-IPV (acellular) vaccine [Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and poliomyelitis]Rabies vaccine series (Immovax or Rabavert)
Dose 1 at Day 0, dose 2 at Day 7, and dose 3 at Day 28
Year 5:
Rabies vaccine
Subject to titres assessment confirming antibodies are below recommended levels.
Year 7:
Tetanus and poliomyelitis vaccine
May only be available as DTaP-IPV (acellular) vaccine [Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and poliomyelitis]
Year 10:
Hepatitis B vaccine series
Dose 1 at Day 0, Dose 2 at Day 30-60, and Dose 3 at Day 180Rabies vaccine

Week 6:

Month 3:
