I referred over a decade ago to Americans and other Anglophones being the greatest threat Norse culture, history, language and identity ever faced. The reason is a combination of two factors: The fact that, not being raised in Old Norse as their first language, not being immersed in oral traditions, not growing up in the warrior culture on Nordic lands, not living the culture, they simply are inept and clueless. Together with their radical left extremist and marxist ideology intent on erasing European and white culture.
The result has been clear for the past decade at the very least. We, the Norse, and Vikings, have been turned into peace-loving black vegan and Muslim transgender dykes living in a feminist society and matriarchy with open borders. The entertainment industry has followed up on the insanity, making women warriors, and going as far as depicting one of our greatest kings, white naturally as Norse, as a … black woman.
The worst part is that all this utter insanity is promoted by those calling themselves Academics. Besides the fact that there is a fundamental difference between academia and science/facts/history (think about the academia position that sex is a social construct, versus scientific fact that it is biological), these so-called “Academics” are nothing but.
A perfect example is Jackson Crawford. He was not born in a Nordic country. He was not raised in Nordic culture. Old Norse is not his first language. He never lived in a Nordic country. He never was a warrior or even served in the military. His education was in… Wisconsin and Georgia. Not only in America, but in universities known for their marxist agenda and their pursuit of systemic elimination of facts and history as long as they involve white males. Yet, he sees himself, and is depicted by the masses, as an expert in “Old Norse.”
So much of an expert that he once referred to completely fictitious characters in the Sagas as historical, while claiming women in the Viking age were warriors. Both the clearest evidence he is absolutely clueless and has no understanding of the Old Norse language, or Norse culture, inherently. Anybody who understands the basics of Norse culture and history knows that there never was such a thing as “shield maidens”. He further demonstrated his mind blowing incompetence and lack of basic cultural or historical knowledge, let alone expertise, by stating the latest depiction of Þórr as morbidly obese could be accurate since the only reference to him said he had red hair and not his actual physical appearance. Again, anybody with a better understanding of Norse culture than a shit fly knows Þórr, being a warrior and an archetype of masculinity, a foundation of our very identity, was not, and could not, reasonably be fat, let alone morbidly obese. Anybody who understands our language has also extensively read about it. The Crawford loser then doubled down by also stating he liked how that video game company depicted Þórr as morbidly obese, because it was very progressive… Adding Crawford’s cultivated image of a “Viking-cowboy”, celebrated by many, simply adds insult to injury, and is nauseating.
Sadly, he is not the only (nut)case. The majority of so-called “academics” and “experts” in our language and culture, don’t speak Old Norse, and are foreigners. An issue that has been going on for at least two centuries, as part of the problem and misunderstanding of our culture and history started when Germans mistranslated many texts, which mistranslations still form the basis of (mis)understanding of our identity, culture, and history by the world at large.
One of my bros here once asked an American praising Crawford and seeing him as an authority on Old Norse language and culture: “Would you trust a Chinese CCP member, indoctrinated by the CCP in China, who has always lived in China, has never left the country, has never lived in the U.S., has never learned the language in America, to teach you English and American culture and identity?” The American answered no. So, why the fuck is it that Americans trust foreigners with our culture, history and language?
