Before the COVID fraud, there was another massive fraud in America, and incidentally the rest of the west, that resulted in tens of millions of Americans over the decades dying from various health ailments, including cardiovascular disease and diabetes. That great fraud was sugar.
Due to extensive lobbying companies like Pfizer certainly learned a lot from, corruption at all levels of government, including the FDA, sugar not only became part of American society and diet, but even made it to the food pyramid. If this wasn’t enough, marketing campaigns then kicked in, bashing fat as a health risk, and promoting sugar instead.
By sugar, we mean carbohydrates. Because carbohydrates turn into sugar. Including sucrose and fructose, present in every processed food in America, including so-called healthy foods, with advertised low Calories and low fat, being loaded in carbohydrates and sugar instead. Sugar is addictive. It makes you happy when you consume it, and sad when you don’t. It interferes with your blood sugar levels, and thus, your insulin levels. It impedes your endocrine system, and destroy you gut flora. It also feeds out of control cell replication (as in cancer). This results in diabetes and tumors as medium to long-term ailments, and fat build up as well as decrease in testosterone and loss of fitness on the short-term. Sugar is what made America fat and emasculated. It never was actual lipids, or lack of exercise (it takes indeed about an hour of running to burn a can of soda).
To make the matter worse, big corporations also started promoting multiple meals and snacks. Kellogg going as far as creating corn flakes (once again, sugar), to prevent men from… Jerking off. More evidence that Abrahamic ideology has always been toxic to men. When in facts, one meal a day, maybe two, is what humans need.
Humans have evolved to survive on a diet of fat and protein. A very little known fact is that the human body has the capability to transform fat into sugar (this is an oversimplification, but in essence what is happening). This is why fat is the most essential macronutrient for humans. Next is protein. But sugar never was part of the equation, for the very simple reason that it did not exist outside of the occasional seasonal berry for the most part of our evolution, and until the development of agriculture. Furthermore, humans never evolved either to eat 3 meals a day, let alone with additional snacks. Once again, when you have to hunt your own food, and actually work to survive, you don’t have the luxury to have multiple meals a day.
So, sugar, together with multiple food intakes throughout the day, was the worst nutritional disaster and fraud in human history. Americans, as well as all countries influence by American culture, are now paying a heavy price for it, with a majority of the population being both obese and emasculated.
Also, do understand that sugar replacements are also a disaster. For your body, but also the environment around you as we are now finding aspartame and other compounds everywhere, as the body cannot process the molecule. And while it is not sugar, much research suggest that drinking a 0-Calori Diet Coke is actually worse than the sugar-loaded original version.
When corporations, which purpose is to make money at any cost, are allowed to control government and establish nutritional policies at state levels, people die, it is as simple as that. While sugar remained the worst issue of the past decades in America, it is not the only one.
Another toxic element is Omega-6, as in the type of fat present in seed oils… Compounded by the fact these oils are GMO’s and heavily processed with various chemical compounds, and thus endocrine disrupters. Again, heavily promoted in America, including as healthy foods.
So, what should you eat you may ask? Well, limit your carbs intake. Even fruits, at the end of the day, are fructose. Instead, eat fat and protein. Your an add some greens if you really want to, but stay away from grains, potatoes, flour, bread, and actually sweats, as they are all sugar. As for oil, stick to olive oil. You can also use butter, and never margarine. After all, who would you trust better? Nature (butter) or chemists (margarine).
