Forget SIG. Glock will perform better and more reliably in extreme environments, including cold, dirt, dust, sand, water and snow.
For open carry, go with a Glock 17. For concealed, a 19 may be better. Generation 4 is the way to go, Gen 5 doesn’t have significant improvements.
