Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland or even France do not add Fluoride to drinking water. But it is present naturally at low levels. In several countries, such as the United States, Canada and Australia, Fluoride is added to municipal water to allegedly prevent tooth decay. It is also used in toothpaste for the same reasons.
